Remote Reboots - Included as Standard
Sometimes servers need a hard reboot. An accidental "shutdown" instead of a "restart", server lockup due to out of control processes - whilst rare it does happen. With current datacentre technology no longer do you have to contact your hosting company, log a support ticket and wait for an engineer to reboot your server.

Having the ability to quickly reboot a server is a fundamental business requirement; therefore every single server we host is attached to Power Distribution Units which can be controlled remotely.
All servers now come with a “lights out” management interface which should be used first, however older servers and appliances without these interfaces can still be rebooted at any time.
Some other hosts are offering SLAs that promise (and sometimes do not deliver) reboots within a given timescale. Our premium hosting solutions give you the tools you need to ensure that relying on third parties for basic management functions is a thing of the past.
