Systems Monitoring - Included as Standard
If your server stops responding, we’ll know about it before you do. Every server we host is monitored for availability on a 24x7x365 basis. In the event of an issue an engineer is alerted and will respond immediately.
If it is a software issue our engineers can restart your server. If it’s a hardware issue on one of our supplied servers, we’ll get to work fixing it straight away.
Its like having your own dedicated support staff every hour of every day.
In addition to basic uptime monitoring (via Ping) we can monitor all aspects of a server. Processor load, memory usage, available diskspace, Web, POP3, SMTP, DNS, FTP monitors are available. We can even write custom scripts that interact with your databases to alert against performance conditions.
Our Basic Alerting module includes email/SMS to customer alerts and upto 10 of the commonly used monitors.
Our Advanced Alerting module includes alerts directly to our NOC, any possible type of service monitoring and Titan engineer resolution. We also perform health monitoring to prevent issues occurring in the first place.
