Managed Services
Titan offers a full range of Managed Services for those who do
not wish, or are unable to, manage servers themselves. We have
modularised the Managed Service such that you need only take the
services you need; however we offer two bundles which include a
number of modules at a discounted rate plus additional support.
Managed Service Bundle 1
This is our most popular service; everything you need to maintain reliability
and security is included such as Daily Backups, Server Health Monitoring,
Security Updates and 24x7 Monitoring of Services.

Managed Service Bundle 2
This service extends the Bundle 1 to include Server Image-based backups;
required for bare-metal Disaster Recovery or system rollbacks.

Premium Support

This will cover all aspects of running or maintaining a server above and
beyond the other modules. TITAN will assist in the setting up of IIS/Apache
websites, application diagnostics, database setup, etc on products on the
TITAN Supported products list.

Using Image-based backup software we’ll backup your server according

- Backups monitored and maintained by TITAN
- Backups rotated according to requirement
- Drive freespace monitoring and alerting
- Additional space available for purchase on request
Useful for customers who run custom software or services and want visibility
of service outages.
- Email and SMS alerts direct to customer contact
- Unlimited Email alerts per month
- Up to 50 SMS’s per month
- Up to 10 monitors per system
- Monitor options include freespace, ping, service, SNMP, HTTP
