We maintain our own complete stock and spare parts inventory which allows us to offer as standard a comprehensive onsite warranty.
In the event of a hardware fault which is time-consuming to diagnose we will simply place your hard drives into an emergency pre-build server chassis in the datacentre to get you back up and running.
