Premium Support

If you require something outside of the daily service, such as installing or configuring new software, our engineers are available to provide expert assistance. Typically we are asked to setup new websites or databases or help provide application diagnostics.

Useful for customers who run custom software or services and want visibility of service outages.

  • Up to 10 monitors per system
  • Monitor options include freespace, ping, service, SNMP, HTTP
