Our standard email services include protection against viruses and spam via our MailSHIELD** Service.

Included as Standard

The MailSHIELD service is delivered through a number of dedicated hardware appliances that filter all incoming email using proprietary MessageIQ technology, designed to deliver zero false positives.

Any email received which is scanned and found to contain a virus is deleted instantly.

Emails received which are scanned and believed to be spam are placed into a quarantine queue. Each day a single digest is sent to recipients listing the emails held in the queue. Recipients can choose to view or release individual emails listed.
